After graduating from Moore College of Art, Syracuse University, and studying at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, my artwork centered around the human figure and movement.

Through sculpture, painting, and drawing, my work strives to capture not just the physicality of the human body, but also the emotional depth and personal narrative that the figure conveys. The female form, in particular, has become my primary focus, one that allows me to explore my personal journey. My artwork explores the  energy of movement and the sacred dance of the feminine.

With the theme of the feminine  form, moonlight, pearls and dance, I hope my work expresses female power, vulnerability and beauty. Whether in the stillness of a pose or the energy of motion, I invite viewers into figurative dance, where each mark or sculptural form expresses the “goddess within”.

Outside the Studio:

In addition to my studio practice, I have had the privilege of teaching art across various levels, from young students to adults in both public and private schools. This has deepened my own understanding of the figure, as teaching is always a process of discovery. In 2016, I was honored to be an Alumni Studio Fellow at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, an experience that further strengthened my connection to both my craft and the institution's rich tradition of figure drawing.

In recent years, I have also served as a docent at the Wharton Esherick Museum and the Brandywine Museum of Art, engaging with the works of other artists and maintaining an active dialogue within the art world. These experiences keep my practice dynamic and continually evolving.

Whether in the studio or in the context of a museum, I remain committed to the ongoing exploration of form, gesture, and the human spirit, always seeking to create.
